Bhakti brings over 14 years of experience in Customer Handling and Relationship Management. Prior to Nine Rivers Capital, Bhakti worked for 5 years with Vodafone Australia, managing teams for offsite and cross border functions focusing on Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction. Earlier, she worked for 6 years with Barclays Bank PLC in Operations and Quality for Small and Medium business-banking needs.

Bhakti is a Postgraduate in Commerce from Mumbai University with a PGDBM in Financial Management from NMIMS.
